A fair way away. I think demand for REE has weakened with a slowdown of EV's and Windpower turbines. Siemens Gamesa got into trouble in the latter. No doubt Albo will be pressed on allowing Chinese Propellors and steel, for windfarms, on his trip to China and he'll give. If that's all he gives on i.e. not the TPP ( the trans pacifc PArtnership) I'll consider it a win. Maybe he can convince Xi to wear a T-Shirt (after letting him on his secret (Ozempic) to lose 15kg I doubt he'll be able to wean him of overindulgence on Kweicow Moutai though. From what I hear it's their premium white spirit but it tastes like crap. That's something else Putin & Xi and Kim have in common. Except the latter gets into the Courvoiser and very high-end spirits when his people are eating grass.
