The non binding term sheet is still in place. The binding exclusivity is not.
This is a nothing burger.
If fbr isn't ready to do a deal with Mexico, or they'd rather focus on the usa, and NOT tie up resources in Mexico, then that is a good move.
Somebody with knowledge before the announcement jumped ship because they were scared. A measly half a mil.
