Transurban is the worst company in Australia ever and it is impossible to deal with them because they ask a dozen questions and then refuse to talk and solve problems because you are never verified. I got ripped off for five years by them and it was only when I finally explained the situation to their robochat that the problem got solved but there was never any compensation for ripping me off for years. They are devoid of all ethics and corporate responsibility. ASIC and the ACCC should investigate the thievery that Transurban are constantly involved in.
