I think from the padley interview and up to the announcement and then the following investor relations interviews should all be investigated by The Australian Shareholders Association.
I have heard it mentioned that Padley is PH brother in law, can anyone confirm if that is fact or just conspiracy? Clearly Padley didn't ask certain questions in that interview which allowed the whole thing to sound super positive and on our way to restarting BS and the price pumped. What would be very interesting is to see is the trades from that time period, particularly who was selling into that news. I won't say anything for sure happened due to legal reasons but I would like these things to be investigated and if the BOD have nothing to hide....they wont need to hide that information and happily hand it all over to ASA....and going by what they find...maybe pass it on to ASIC.
