I’m still waiting for you to answer? Why do you think it’s a good idea to keep management that is performing extremely poorly which is massively destabilizing. Your argument that removing them *will* destabilize doesn’t stack up.

It’s like saying that changing the captain on the titanic would destabilize the ship. Sure, the new captain might have hit it, but maybe the new captain wouldn’t have and there’s a chance they could have survived?

Why can’t you accept or publicly admit they’ve performed poorly? Why is that so hard for you? It single handed destroys your little remaining credibility when you can’t even admit it’s a poor resort when it’s literally the worst result for them so far. Revenue has drastically gone backwards pre CC revenue
