Quite often heads get sold to fund option conversion prior to expiry dropping the SP towards the option conversion price the closer it gets. Pretending it does not often do this is either misleading or naive. Possibly it only continues the sideways move though a fair few options holders including these 1.5m would have sold into the gold Ann I'd suspect. Only one way to find out.
