This states that Biden has asked Congress to add Australia and the United Kingdom as “domestic sources” under the Defense Production Act.
That's very encouraging! As I understand it DPA funding is potentially able to be utilised anywhere in the world. Not as much funding available (I recall $1B) as through the IRA perhaps but the IRA is much more focused on being spent locally in the US!
Maybe the last couple of days sp action is around some grants coming our way via the IRA and/or DPA or a low interest loadn from ExIm Bank? There has been so much rhetoric on this non CCP supply chain for critical metals issue for months now and maybe actions are now in flight?
