Obviously water quality and bird life are very important issues, but the careful assesment/review of those issues has already been carried out by the lower courts, and a final verdict/decision handed down. Yet they are clearly repeating the same story to the supreme court, despite the fact that they've been told any appeal must be based only on a failure of legal procedure or case of law. Either this lawyer is an idiot, or they know they've lost and this facebook post is just a last gasp feeble attempt to generate some publicity.
