Just to confuse the issue further, you don’t necessarily need 50% plus to ‘effectively’ control a company. The Murdochs own about 39% of News and Twiggy Forest about 36% of FMG. They are definitely in control!

What makes AZS really interesting is that we are talking about control of the company and control of the lithium assets. The 60/40 conundrum.
