Thanks for your support , Hopeful . It's been a hobby horse of mine for years , the inappropriate use of ' customers ' ( who are people who buy things in shops ).
Even my local Doctors now use the term instead of ' patients '
And many Public Service Departments ( ie Centrelink ) use Customers instead of ' Clients ' .
