Yep according the quarterly, yes they have sign up with a senegal agency and thas what they mentioned in the july quarter so they manage to seal that
at current they are trying to branch into India and MENA region which I believe will happen sometime maybe next quarter or 2024.
I also believe 0.007 is the bottom, I could be wrong but ever since I invested in sp8 4 in 2018 I have never seen anything below 0.007. I still remember it was the low in 2020 before the MTN announcement which push it to 3 cents.
All in my opinion.
