I differ mate, with the news on China restricting graphite & the Sami lawyer below (care of @Gero ) posting more of the same.. delaying tactics! No actual error in law. Which is required to grant further appeal.
It's plain as day Europe need this project up promptly it should be all positive news from here on the CRvis the monkey off our back which has been holding the share price down imo
