Well we will never know the truth but have to accept the resignation at face value. It is not ideal at a time when the SP is under serious pressure. Obvious question is who will now take the responsibility for investor relations and attracting capital for RSH? Remaining board members don’t have the background or network to attract significant new investors. This needs to be addressed quickly or speculation will run riot over what is actually going on.
