I believe that in June 2022 when the Canadian govt permitted the restart of NAL, that included the planned development of a spodumene conversion facility. i agree with your other thoughts as PLL seems to continue the mention of offtake being LOM, just not sure how they intend to get around agreement with Canadian govt. they want that facilty. glta
