Agree Buddy. Lots of people holding for a lot higher price than it's current NTA.
Getting pretty concerned myself about how much of the farm Australia is selling off. We should have the foresight to be self-sufficient in food and at this point we are not. Bahrain has made an offer for Cubbie Station. Do city slickers even think of the repercussions of these sales or only care about a short term $$ gain in their wallet.
I didn't invest for the instant gratification of seeing this go to o'seas buyers or to be paying the salaries of the many poor decision-makers.
