why it will be bigger than we think

Sims generates 2 thirds of its 8.6 bil US revenue from Scrap metals recycling. Scrap metals recycling has seen double digit growth in the last 10 years in the amount of metals recycled. With Al recycling generating 1.4 US bil in revenue worldwide for Sims. Now how much does it cost to dump slag and SPL in toxic dumps world wide. Now you have a company that cannot only recycle your waste and save you money on dumping the waste. But give you major profits, make you green
from products that cost you money to dump and caused enviromental problems.

Not only that you also have Alcoa using the MHM process.
The CEO of Alcoa is on record saying he want to stop dumping slag into waste dumps by 2014.
Now really think about how much MHM paid Sims for the Moolap plant no way you could even by the land for what MHM paid.

Also when you look at SP the profit is a looked in fixed 3 year contract, no mining spec. But a recession proof business that will generate that profit no matter what.

For me 80 cents the price I gave on a PE of 10 is still cheap and under valued. I doubt we will see 2 dollars as it will be bought by then. But I really don't think I have seen a business with so much upside.


Look at some of the miners and O@G companies a bil not even producing and may still not and we doubt 80 mil.
