    1.is micheal o'dwyer still a director
    2.is there only 4 directors to mst
    3.if so they own bugger all between them according to the prospectus i am reading
    4why do they hold so little shares in their company that they want us to tip in yet again to.would love to see their share holdings after the allotment. bet you they dont take up their rights
