Not a huge amount in dollar terms, but there are many Australian listed company CEOs and Board members (including some Chairmen) who never buy "their" company's shares on-market, relying instead on holdings increasing through grants from STIPs and LTIPs, or arguably worse, maintaining 'nil' as their shareholding.

Well done to Mr Cantwell who has to take some of the credit for LAU's expansion into haulage by rail that thus far has been good with rail kilometres of railable containers massively increasing and importantly, the step-change being profitable.

I love seeing Directors' interests aligned with SH. Even better if they're experts in a particular field that can add growth to an entity and in time, sustainable additional net profit and an improved ROIC.
