Current management ( apart from selling our flagship ) virtually capped our shares by consolidating plus that special dividend made zero sense inviting anyone who wished to partake in allocated proceeds from MCS sale together with existing holders on the proviso shares bought /held before cut off date hence wave of selling after proceeds from sale distributed resulting in lots of temporary short term shareholders benefitting undeservedly from our asset sale , proceeds diluted somewhat from deserving long suffering shareholders + rewarding SR , ( golden handshake) as major shareholder this this human wrecking ball had everything to gain with special div. probably instigated it . Maynes management needs to get our share value off the floor thanks to these and other decisions they've made and back to where they were when they first took over . Until shares improve and get back to where they were how could one not think management made things considerably worse for us not better if shares are any indication how well we're being managed .
