The announcement of 'revenue ' is a major industry derisk of the technology and what this company is achieving.

It is a clear nod from the BoD to all holders that what we have been saying to the markets is accurate and progressing on time with major foundries, IDMs' and stand alone customers arriving.

Those kicking rocks believing this is not a major development have misunderstood
a) the intent of releasing this to market
b) what it actually represents

The fee is simply the 'right to engage' the use of the IP asset on a particular line of design and / or manufacturing
This can be spread over multiple additional payments as milestones are successfully reached across that design and manufacture culminating in royalties on sales if successful.

WBT have a customer who has agreed to the 'right to engage'
follow on factors will include:
- scope and exclusivity of the arrangement - this fee announced today is yes lets get this on together fee
- terms and duration - not known yet - it is new tech that must achieve design and manufacture with the customer before payment on terms and conditions can be negotiated....
- Intellectual property rights / these may well not be known yet as the tech is new and the 'customer product is essentially new so true IP value will not be agreed until end product is proven and a commercial entity
- royalties - same same as previous - true value not yet known
- risks and liabilities / contingency and cost structure as a negotiated fee is again unknown until product proven

this is a great ' right to engage ' fee and the first of many more to come
