    At best "negligent..."?!?!?!

    I find you very lenient or diplomatic in qualifying the actions of the DACIAN board, a board certainly happier with the GENESIS job offer than the shareholders with the level of the take over offer !!!

    We must nevertheless remember that the primary task of a board and a council of directors is to preserve the interests of shareholders and, to say the least (!), this has not was the case with Junk, Richards and Co.
