Agreed, when rates rise later this arvo is going to be a big test for the whole market, but especially WBC.
As i see it rates up today WBC price may drop a bit, Wednesday will be Melbourne cup hangover day, and Thursday they go ex dividend - it would take a lot of courage to buy for the dividend later today because you could be holding a stock in the red for several months.
I sold a few yesterday from my trading account because they were in the green and I am backing my opinion re in the red for a few months to come.
Prefer a small profit than holding a loss.
