This is what happens when you have major holder/s who just want out.
They keep dumping share on market and share price become so low that company can not raise funds via equity placement and have to rely on debt. Current interest rates also not helping with the debt.
These big houses will still make money when share price going down via short selling.
Hopefully AIS refinance debt soon. Major shareholder and the biggest creditor same entity, not sure if it is a good thing or bad.
