The entire register was issued at around the current price to SI and Insto who really want out and were probably trapped longer in this than they would of liked.
They're going to need a farm in partner pretty soon after the second well and should rise from there if the farm in is good. ASX just doesnt' have the capacity to fund a venture like this without serious dilution and discounted cap raises.
