Just spoke with WBC share trading and they do have the DTC participant required and when I joked that apparently CBA didn't he said they used to but it was a pain so they stopped recently. So its looking like Commsec is a no (as per the Q&A doco) and its WBC, NAB and Interactive Brokers only

I wonder who charge the lowest fees. Is there any fee involved in share transfer and DTC appointment?

Looking at Interactive Brokers

is that 0.0035 US per share traded with min 0.35 or 1 USD per order? What's tiered/fixed? And max 1% (!!!) per order .
