I don’t think the latter is likely, the business isn’t capital intensive. Nor is anyone incentivised to fritter away profits, quite the opposite given management share options. I’m not familiar with AGM documents, is there any guarantee that market sensitive information on current trading etc will be released? I would have thought that unlikely.
