Agree 100%....no amount of wax will make an apple palatable when the core is rotten.
When asked at the AGM all but one of The Board couldn't remember the last time they flew economy class on a Qantas flight. A case of people up the pointy end of the plane not aware of whats going in the rest of the plane.
