my view today if shareholders vote now and express there displeasure BOD might get of there ass and comunicate with shareholders, at the moment they have the appearace if they do nothing they get a pay rise for underperfoming but hey if you pay me more i will do better, maybe a simplistic mug punters view but thats my gut feeling
