these matters i didn’t really care much about until BOD asked for a pay rise and change to constitution but now i think its reasonable they answer these questions before AGM , want more money show us a good reason because share price appreciation should be more than enough incentive for the BOD if they are believers in SYA future , want a pay rise buy some more shares
