I guess they expect the sale amount to be on the higher side perhaps, but as they don't have it confirmed they can't divulge that until they have it 100%

Whilst there's just over a week to go now until the sale closure, the fact that they have announced the sale proceeding as planned and expected, should allow it to gain some momentum now one would think

Also nice to see updates on the frac and spudding plans for the coming weeks.
