Unfortunately I think you will find that you are not able to vote on your shares in the industry super fund.
Most of my shares are in HostPlus and was told that as trustees, the fund was the owner of the shares.
It seems unfair that we cannot instruct the fund to vote on our behalf because many investors buy shares in this way.
