Just found that to open Westpac globar markets trading account there is a paper form + need to attach certified copies of ID and utility bill (If address on ID is different) and send by email or post. I'll pause and wait for response from nab for now.
I also can't find the Westpac's DTC number. Where did you get this info from? Thank you.
