There was a capital raising back in 2020 or 21. Shares issued at $2.25. With that being the case and the takeover offer being refused is why I am so angry with this lot. It is sheer incompetence. Management must need the money and we are subsidising them for lack of performance great lurk. Who are the stupid ones??
