I'm still in the process of setting up WBC as I was a customer but not on their share system or global markets.
Share system is easy and I had it set up within the hour and could trade locally. Global markets is a paper form and W8 which requires a JP to sign a "certified copy" of your ID ... after much running round this morning I finally got it off. Should be a few days from here.
In the mean time Selfwealth who I currently trade local and GM with replied and said it should be fine (I elected them as the DTC initially and it was rejected but I just did it again yesterday on the site and nothing back either way so far) but with this note
Please also be advised that there is a 175USD DWAC fee charged by Computershare in the US that we would have to pass on to you if you choose to proceed.
hope that helps
