Now with stupid rates from Glenn Stevens ( he is not RB Governor)
and co the house prices have overshot massively stoked by council overvaluations (WTF its supply and demand on housing)
to the point prices for houses and land is unaffordable under financialization (what does this mean)
versus actually economic productivity. (ummmm)
So inflation is out of control simply to try and pay for higher house prices and guess what?? (What the )
Businesses and employees cannot afford the inflation so rates are going up (rates are going owing to spending and other factors)
but taxes on purchase prices need to brought in (Its called GST)
immigration cut (Labor policy is to increase immigration)
because people cannot afford to be screwed over by the elite anymore. (What the...)
