Sorry this should probably be in a different thread but wanted to draw attention to recent updated sum of parts valuation and compare to March 2023:

$20 valuation - sum of parts $7 trof North America, $6 trof ROW, total $6.50 NNZ-2591 (this is summarised and numbers rounded).

Interesting to see in the author's opinion NNZ-2591 value has increased more than 3 fold apparently simply on progression of the phase 2 trials without incident. Also interesting to note that there appears to be no mention of current cash pile of approx $250 million in the valuation nor any mention of potential $$ earned from interest alone if these funds are not redirected elsewhere. In my personal financial model NEU stands to make at least $100 million in interest alone over next 5 years (assuming funds not redeployed and no dividends paid).

Again plenty of fat on the bone with $20 valuation IMO.
