100% agree.
I suspect that BOD and management are looking for their way out to make $$$ not looking after SHs interest.
If they were looking after SHs they would have gone into TH or even requested suspension to have time to provide and appropriate update on strategy.
Its so dodge, i hope there are some bigger holders getting into them.
I don’t reckon they will let this make AGM…. One way or another.
