I think the fact that the BOD is contacting so many of us is a good thing, I am sure the BOD was sensing shareholder sentiment towards the company was rapidly going down the toilet. Approaching the AGM and having them hear that a large number of shareholders are unhappy with management and voting NO will send alarm bells.
