I would say he is undoubtedly looking to increase his share in the Bonus Pool because he is now Chairman. Fair enough really. Other people like Wilbert and Ken also had large (in fact bigger) chunks of it when they were employed.
I share Gastrader's view that if DM and HD do very well personally out of a sale transaction then so do all SH so who cares what their % of the Sales Pool is, within reason? For me it is a very minor issue.
I'm a lot more interested in what happens next from a strategic perspective.
