This is my very rudimentary understanding of it. CF33 is a virus that would be eliminated by a healthy immune system, so it is a matter of getting enough CF33 in the body to kill all the cancer cells before the cf33 virus is eliminated themselves.
With Oncarlytics, the cancer cells are lit up/made visible/made hot by a souped up cf33 which cause expression of CD19 by the cancer cells so that a Car T therapy can be deployed to further destroy the cancel cells.
Like getting gangsters into a neighbourhood to get rid of the drug dealers and then get the Police to get rid of the gangsters.
I hope i get this right and not make a fool of myself. Wont be the first time.
