    if MinRes want it, they buy it at a premium

    if the Australian legal system was fair

    Mine would be put on transparent auction process

    Outstanding tax royalties would be deducted from what ever Austroid is owed from actual improvements undertaken

    shareholders get paid out a fair dollar for the high valued asset that they invested in
