"assist Peak with its takeover response planning and preparation"
When I read this I was a little confused.
Was it just assistance with the transition to the new Vehicle, Company.
But I don't think they would've used the word "takeover" (so carelessly) unless thats exactly what is being considered here.
Lets hope they have received takeover interest.
I guess they wouldn't have to inform the market unless it was a formal takeover offer.
Maybe this just is to put "the feelers" out there to see if there is any interest.
The announcement is a bit vague. If they have received takeover interest then just come out and say so.
