    Why do they "need" to trade their shares OTC? They can keep holding them as they would have held the shares of a listed company. The only challenge is the liquidity issues if someone wants to sell quick. But nothing stops a holder from transferring their shares to a broker that can sell them on NASDQ. Or am I wrong here?
