Why I think the SP is up is this ann is a big “For Sale” sign. There is a lot of M&A activity in this space today.
Ann is basically saying we have lots of assets in great locations, we don’t have enough cash or expertise to progress alone, and we are actively looking for partnerships.
TBH a sale maybe the best way to realise value now rather than trust this BOD to unlock it over time. Probably why they brought on Phillip Lucas to BOD (to facilitate a sale; not as buyer).
