My read here is that you can't complain about retail/long term holders being screwed any more.
It's as close to a gift of free money as you're likely to see, if you believe that the price will go up when a discovery is formally declared. They literally circled gas/oil on the one giant picture that they included. Analysts that haven't been following IVZ closely won't quite know what to make of the diagram / price it properly ("what's its significance/value"?) but that'll come soon enough
