That is one aspect of their business, they only need -100 mesh at 94% purity to produce spherical graphite, once it is turned into spheres it is then purified to 99.95% to achieve battery grade, you don't need 99.5% flake graphite to make battery grade graphite. I am fairly certain this company only need 20ktpa for their existing production facility, which leaves 330k tonnes of graphite for other graphite uses.

I would have thought you would have known this already, It isn't that much different to WKT where it only needs to achieve 94-95% purity for its target markets. IMO WKT and SYR will be competing in similar markets, although one has already been tested and qualified in the battery market, the other company has advised its graphite is suitable. This could just mean that 25% of their forecast basket could be sold into this market as the graphite is likely to be the right size and purity to enter this market.
