Also, they may not have required her services at this time. As riverside will now double capacity perhaps they shelved the plan to hire 1,000 people in the next couple of years and will be able to produce 20,000 tonnes with their current staff. So leaning up the company for the next couple of years to control costs.
So she might be good but just not needed now.
