From my call I was given the following information. Would like peoples thoughts on how real it is:
targeting 38m cubic feet in first year of full production (based on 20 wells). I assume that this would be at least 18 months away from first production.
still targeting first production this year - didn't state what exactly that was though.
targeting sales price of $1000 USD per 1000 cubic feet - so annual production revenue of $38M USD.
cost of production $100-120 USD - so about $4.6m USD/annum
Ignoring production timeframes would be keen to get more informed peoples thoughts on the target sales price and cost of production.
