I have NEVER seen a cap raise at a 10% discount to the lowest price in the last couple of months. It should be 'average weighted' or the like. It was simply a gift to insiders. In the wash it is not much - as a one off. But it gives a stain on the board and management. If they can do such a shady thing, what else are they capable of (to the detriment of retail holders and the benefit of themselves and their sophs and mates). Stinky, stinky, stinky.
