There is no delay. The update will be released when it is complete.
Does any shareholder want a rushed, half-baked strategy released to an arbitrary timeline that will be thrown out after a week when the market rejects it and the SP tanks, or do they want a considered, intelligent, costed and funded strategy that maximises shareholder return on equity?
